Wattan Corp ("we", "our", or "us") operates the StealthCoach mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information when you download, access, or use the App.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By downloading, accessing, or using StealthCoach, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide Directly
We collect information that you voluntarily provide when you create an account, set up your profile, or interact with the App:
- Account credentials: Email address and password. Your password is never stored in plain text and is secured using industry-standard hashing.
- Profile details: Full name, date of birth, gender, height, weight, sport, athletic position, experience level, and training goals.
- User-generated content: Session notes, training goals, and any feedback you provide within the App.
2.2 Information Collected During Use
When you use the App's features, the following data is generated and collected:
- Session data: Sport, focus area, session type, duration, start and end times, and performance ratings.
- AI-generated coaching data: Performance feedback, technique scores, identified strengths, areas for improvement, and recommended drills generated by our AI coaching system.
- Progress and achievements: Goals you set, milestones reached, training streaks, and performance metrics over time.
2.3 Camera and Microphone Data
The App uses your device's camera and microphone to deliver real-time coaching during training sessions. Camera and microphone access is only activated when you explicitly start a coaching session.
Video and audio data are streamed in real-time to our AI coaching service for immediate analysis. This data is processed on the fly to generate coaching feedback and is not stored permanently on our servers. Any temporary video recordings are automatically and permanently deleted within 24 hours.
2.4 Subscription and Purchase Information
We collect your subscription status, plan type, and feature usage counts to manage your access to the App. All payment transactions are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We never receive, process, or store your credit card number, bank account details, or any other financial payment information.
2.5 Automatically Collected Information
When you use the App, certain information may be collected automatically:
- Device type, operating system, and version
- App version and build number
- General usage patterns (e.g., feature usage frequency)
- Crash logs and performance diagnostics
This information is collected solely to maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the App. We do not use this data for advertising or user profiling.
2.6 Referral Program Data
If you choose to participate in our referral program, we generate and store a unique referral code linked to your account and track successful referrals to credit bonus features.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Service delivery: To provide, operate, and maintain the App and its features, including real-time AI coaching.
- Personalization: To tailor coaching feedback, session recommendations, and content to your sport, skill level, physical attributes, and goals.
- Performance tracking: To track and display your training progress, achievements, and performance history within the App.
- Account management: To create and manage your account, verify your identity, and process subscription changes.
- Communications: To send essential transactional emails such as account verification, password resets, and welcome messages. We do not send marketing or promotional emails.
- Improvements and safety: To monitor for technical issues, improve App performance, and ensure the security of our systems.
- Legal compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal information to any third party. We only share your data in the limited circumstances described below:
4.1 Service Providers
We engage trusted third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf. These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only as necessary to provide their services to us and are bound by confidentiality obligations. Categories of service providers include:
- AI coaching services: Session context, video frames, and audio are processed in real-time to deliver coaching feedback. This data is not retained by the provider after processing.
- Subscription and payment processing: An anonymized user identifier and subscription event data are shared to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions.
- Email delivery services: Your email address and name are shared for delivering transactional emails only.
- Cloud infrastructure: Your data is securely hosted on cloud servers located in the United States.
4.2 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) comply with a legal obligation or valid legal process; (b) protect and defend our rights or property; (c) prevent fraud or protect against potential safety issues; or (d) protect the personal safety of users of the App or the public.
4.3 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice within the App of any change in ownership or uses of your personal information.
5. Data Storage and Security
We take the security of your personal information seriously and implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect it, including:
- Passwords are secured using industry-standard one-way hashing and are never stored in plain text
- All data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS protocols
- Sensitive authentication credentials are stored in your device's secure, encrypted storage
- Temporary video data is automatically and permanently purged within 24 hours
- Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis
- Our infrastructure undergoes regular security reviews and updates
Your data is stored on secure servers located in the United States. While we employ commercially reasonable security measures, no system is completely immune to unauthorized access. We cannot guarantee absolute security but are committed to promptly addressing any security incidents.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law:
- Video and audio data: Automatically and permanently deleted within 24 hours of creation.
- Session and performance data: Retained for the duration of your active account to provide training history and progress tracking.
- Account and profile data: Retained until you voluntarily delete your account.
- Transactional records: Subscription event records may be retained as required for financial and legal compliance.
When you delete your account, all personally identifiable data associated with your account is permanently and irreversibly removed from our systems. This includes your profile, all sessions and coaching feedback, performance metrics, achievements, goals, referral records, and any stored media. This process cannot be undone.
7. Your Rights and Choices
We respect your rights over your personal data. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:
- Right to Access: You can view your profile information, session history, and performance data at any time within the App.
- Right to Correction: You can update or correct your profile information (name, height, weight, position, experience level, and goals) through the App's profile settings at any time.
- Right to Deletion: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly from the App's profile settings. No request to customer support is needed. This action is immediate and irreversible.
- Right to Restrict Processing: You may contact us to request restricted processing of your personal data under certain circumstances.
- Right to Data Portability: You may request a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used format by contacting us.
- Device Permissions: You can revoke camera, microphone, and notification permissions at any time through your device's system settings. Revoking camera and microphone access will prevent the use of live coaching features.

8. Tracking and Advertising
StealthCoach does not track you across other companies' apps or websites. We do not use any advertising SDKs, ad networks, or behavioral tracking technologies. We do not collect your device advertising identifier (IDFA/GAID). We do not build advertising profiles or share any data with advertisers.
In accordance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework, StealthCoach does not engage in tracking as defined by Apple.
9. Push Notifications
With your permission, we may send push notifications to your device for session reminders and important account updates. You can opt out of push notifications at any time by adjusting the notification settings on your device. Opting out will not affect the core functionality of the App.
10. Children's Privacy
StealthCoach is rated 4+ and is designed to be suitable for users of all ages. The App does not contain any objectionable content and does not require a minimum age to use.
For users under the age of 18, we strongly encourage a parent or legal guardian to review this Privacy Policy and supervise their child's use of the App. We do not knowingly collect more data than is necessary to provide the service, regardless of the user's age.

11. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed on servers located in the United States, where our cloud infrastructure is hosted. If you are accessing the App from outside the United States, please be aware that your data may be subject to U.S. data protection laws, which may differ from the laws of your country of residence.
By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and acknowledge that your data will be processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
12. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):
- Right to Know: You have the right to request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
- Right to Delete: You have the right to request deletion of your personal information. You can do this directly through the App or by contacting us.
- Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.
- No Sale of Data: We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we have never sold personal information.

13. European Privacy Rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing of your personal data.
Our legal basis for processing your personal data includes: (a) performance of our contract with you to provide the App and its services; (b) your consent, which you may withdraw at any time; and (c) our legitimate interests in operating and improving the App, provided these do not override your fundamental rights.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. When we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Privacy Policy on this page with a revised "Effective Date" and, where appropriate, provide additional notice through the App.
We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of StealthCoach after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
